Terms and Conditions

All activities

  • A strict zero (0.00) blood alcohol limit applies to all participants. This includes anyone engaged in spotting.  

  • Participants must not be under the influence of drugs.

  • No refunds will be given to those who do not adhere to the zero drug and alcohol policy.

  • Children must be aged 6 years and older and accompanied by an adult.

General

  • All prices are current and inclusive of GST.

  • All prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Gippsland Water Sports does not accept responsibility for damage or loss of goods taken on vessel.

  • Gippsland Water Sports reserves the right to be compensated for any loss or damage caused to its property or goods by any visitor.

  • Due to the nature of the activities, limited accessibility is available on the vessel and some movement may be restricted. It is required that all visitors follow the direction of the boat operator at all times.

  • Smoking is NOT permitted on or within 5 metres of the vessel at all times.

  • No alcohol can be consumed whilst participating with Gippsland Water Sports.

  • Management reserve the right to refuse any person they deem to put the operation at any additional risk.

  • Upon arrival, all participants for activities will be required to complete and agree to the terms in our indemnity form.

Cancellations

  •  Gippsland Water Sports cancellation policy is non-refundable if incurred at the customers end.

  • Due to operating at multiple locations any cancellations within 24 hrs on the customers end will be incur a 30% booking retainment and a 70% credit to another booking within a 12 month period.

  • Any cancellation outside of 24 hr prior to the booking will be offered as a full credit to a session booked at another time valid up to 12 months.

  • Any cancellations due to circumstances on Gippsland Water Sports end will be 100% fully refundable or can be rebooked at another time available. If this is the case, Gippsland Water Sports will work with the customer to enable a suitable time to reschedule.

  • In the event of inclimate weather conditions, such as high wind or storm warnings, Gippsland Water Sports will endeavour to communicate and reschedule with the participant as early as possible. Depending on location, Gippsland Water Sports may advise possible other locations that may be better suited to the conditions.
